Cancellation requests will only be processed of made by the originalapproving party and if acknowledged in writing. There will be no refunds of any money for any cancellation request made after a grace period of 5 days from the date of order. For security and training purpose, all calls, inbound, and outbound made through Global Digiweb solutions corporate offices are digitally recorded and the recordings form a part of the verbal contract betweenGlobal Digiweb solutions and the client.
Any Cancellation initiated after the grace period by the client, for any reason, will lead to a full payment of agreed price and immediate termination of the Agreement/contract, unless mutually settled/agreed betweenGlobal Digiweb solutions and the client.
All the cancellations/Rejections will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 5 Days of placing an order. However, the cancellation demand will not be entertained if the orders have been processed to the vendors/merchants and they have commenced the process of shipping those products.
Please be advised that there will not be any cancellation of orders which are placed on the Day/date of Delivery.On the other hand, Refunds/Money back can be prepared if the customer founds that the quality of product/services delivered is not as per expectations. The issue should be reported within 7 days.In case you feel that the product/services received are not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must convey it to the notice of Global Digiweb Solutions customer service department within 24 hours of receiving the product/services delivery.
